About Chuck Braff
Chuck Braff graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA and an MRED from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Braff is an owner, operator, and developer of residential and commercial real estate. He has developed real estate in Canada and the US and has found his niche on the Central Coast of California. His rigorous education, ground-up construction and real estate development experience, and his sense of responsibility to the community and his projects add a level of detail and depth to his work that investors value.
Mr. Braff has built and developed master-planned communities, long-term care facilities, apartment complexes, student housing projects, elementary schools, custom homes, and ski-in/ski-out condo developments. Mr. Braff is now focusing on residential and commercial developments.
