Hotel Cerro is a mixed - use development in the Historic downtown core of San Luis Obispo, on the Central Coast of California. The 95,000 square foot project has been designed to California Green Environmental Guidelines and includes; high end retail, 8 luxury condominiums, an urban boutique hotel consisting of 57 deluxe rooms, 8 suites, brasserie-style restaurant, gym, rooftop pool, full-service spa and valet parking.

A Rare Commercial Find 

A rare find indeed. The value add was finding the perfect tenant and making the project work seamlessly with their needs. CalTrans had a need that was hard to satisfy in San Luis Obispo. They were growing and needed 35,000+ sqft of office space. That space simply wasn't available in SLO so we had to create it. We determined that converting a distribution center into a beautiful, state of the art, LEED Gold commercial office space was the right solution. We are proud to be bringing a large office space to SLO to house one of our community's largest employers.

Pacific Courtyards

San Luis Obispo's Historic District

Pacific Courtyards is a classic urban infill project. Like many infill projects the site is non-traditional. This called for a creative solution. Often constraints reveal opportunities and the design team here was brilliant. 

The entitlements were challenging as the site straddles San Luis Obispo’s historic district as well as the downtown district. The site also happens to be adjacent to one of the oldest and most cherished churches in SLO. We wanted to pay homage to the church without imitating or mimicking it with modern materials. We felt an enormous amount of responsibility and brought Robert Chattel, a premier historic preservation architect, onto our team. We are proud and happy to have received neighborhood support and a unanimous City Council approval. Special interest groups and the general public came out and spoke in favor of our project and helped us receive our unanimous approval and we thank you for taking the time to collaborate with us.

Parkwood

Sophisitcated living on a budget

Parkwood is a condominium project in the heart of San Luis Obispo. This attractive community of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom condominium homes offers easy access via, car, bus, or bike to downtown SLO, Cuesta College, Cal Poly and nearby beaches. The Parkwood lifestyle is all about the very best that San Luis Obispo has to offer. The design and vision were inspired from the site’s railroad roots. 

We have been working closely with the City of San Luis Obispo to develop a shared vision for this property. The combined effort has brought the best out of the site and we are thrilled at the opportunity to bring more residential units to our supply constrained City.
